All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time, and we’ll notify you promptly if delays occur.

🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer reliable and fast shipping across Australia and selected international destinations.

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

🖨️ Custom & Large Orders

Custom signs, banners, or bulk printing orders may require extended production and delivery times. We will confirm estimated dispatch dates via email after your order is placed.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order status at any time.

🛑 Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Retain all packaging and documentation for claims. A to Z STORE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
